General Rules
Hd77 settles markets according to official outcomes and the information available from recognised authorities. A market is considered settled when its outcome has been determined by the governing rules of the event or by an official post-event announcement. Markets that rely on ongoing play are settled in accordance with the market description and the rule set described herein.
-
Where an event is not completed, or is postponed, Hd77 reserves the right to settle or void bets in line with the official source and within the timeframes described below. If an official decision is published more than 48 hours after the event end, undecided bets may be handled as void with stakes refunded unless the market description provides otherwise. Player specials are excluded from this 48‑hour rule.
-
Events abandoned after starting and resumed within 48 hours may have bets kept valid and settled on the resumed result; if not resumed within 48 hours, Hd77 will settle determined markets and void the rest by refunding stakes, unless a different rule applies to the specific market.
-
Markets related to team qualifications, tournament outrights, or similar futures will be settled as void if the match is postponed or abandoned and not rescheduled within 48 hours. For two-leg ties, only markets in the postponed legs are voided; other markets remain unaffected.
-
Outright markets are subject to the Play-or-Pay rule: bets on listed participants stand even if the participant cannot take part, and are treated as losses where applicable. Head-to-head (H2H) markets excluded from this rule; if a listed participant does not compete, H2H markets involving that participant are void.
-
Hd77 reserves the right to suspend or reverse settlement if new information affects the accuracy of the previously settled outcome, provided the decision is made before the match conclusion and communicated to customers.
-
There is a maximum 30-day window between the initial settlement and any potential re-settlement of a betslip.
-
Decision making by Video Assistant Referee (VAR) that contradicts on-pitch officiating may void bets placed in the interval between the incident and the final VAR decision, unless the market odds were unaffected by the VAR outcome or have already been accounted for at the time of bet acceptance.
-
Odds visibility on screen uses two decimal places for display; total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal digit for internal math, and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Minor discrepancies reflect these rounding rules.
Bet Acceptance and Discretion
-
Hd77 reserves the right to refuse any bet, or part of a bet, without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded promptly.
-
Before an event starts, Hd77 may void or cancel part or all of a bet, even after acceptance, without providing a reason. After an event has begun, Hd77 may void or cancel bets if there is a valid reason, including a palpable error in the event wording or odds, attempts to circumvent limits, use of insider information, mixed related bets, active participation in the event by the customer, or any other valid reason communicated on request.
-
Hd77 reserves the right to cancel all bets if there is a change of venue for the event, or if radical changes in event conditions (such as duration, distance, or number of periods) arise.
-
Hd77 may suspend or void bets if there is suspicion of fraud or manipulation. In such cases, Hd77 may notify regulatory bodies, wait for verdicts, and settle or void bets based on those outcomes.
-
If a system interruption occurs during bet placement, Hd77 will apply standard checks and may accept or reject the bet once the system is reinstated. Customers should check their betting history to confirm acceptance.
Settlement Rules by Market Type
-
In sports where the official result is clear at normal completion, settlements follow the standard interpretation: matches end at normal duration, overtime is included only where stated in the market description, and penalties are disregarded unless specifically stated.
-
Where markets distinguish between pre-match and in-play conditions, settlements align with the described timing rules. If a market specifies inclusion of overtime, settlement follows the completed overtime; otherwise, overtime is not considered unless the market requires it.
-
For US sports, non-decided bets may be void if the game is abandoned or not resumed within the local time frame; otherwise, bets stand for markets not yet decided at the time of abandonment according to the applicable rules (for example, halves or quarters that have been completed normally).
-
Baseball-specific rules apply, including conditions for a game to be considered finished for Moneyline and other markets, and the treatment of innings completed. Pitcher lines (PL) may be void if a listed starting pitcher changes; if the PL indicator is not visible, the bet is treated as an Action Line bet and settled accordingly.
-
In basketball cup or playoff formats settled over multiple matches, where ties affect the aggregate, settlements follow the regular-time result with overtime considered only where the market requires it.
Formats and Market Coverage
-
Hd77 supports multiple match formats for prematch and live bets, including 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. Markets are voided if the match duration falls outside 50 to 90 minutes.
-
For 3x30 format, halftime duration is calculated as Total match duration divided by 2. Hd77 does not assume responsibility for unanticipated format changes; clients acknowledge the risk as part of account registration.
Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay
-
Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to Play-or-Pay. Bets on listed participants stand even if the participant cannot compete, with losers determined under the applicable rules for disqualified or substituted participants.
-
H2H markets are excluded from Play-or-Pay; if any listed participant does not participate, H2H markets involving that participant are void. Team or participant performance markets are treated the same as other markets in terms of replacements or substitutions.
Player Scorers and Special Markets
-
Scorers: First, Last, and Anytime Scorer bets apply to regular time unless market wording states otherwise. Own goals declared by official authority are ignored or counted as no scorer if the game contains only own goals. First Goalscorer is VOID if a player does not participate or enters after the first goal unless an own goal occurs, in which case the own goal is ignored for this purpose. Last Goalscorer is VOID if the player does not participate. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any player who participates, regardless of entry time; bets are VOID if the player never appears on the pitch and a scorer has occurred in the match will result in the first scorer market being settled while other players’ bets may be voided as appropriate.
-
In matches abandoned after a scorer has occurred, first scorer bets may still apply while last scorer bets are void. Where a player’s scorer status is settled, those markets are final and others may be voided in accordance with the market rules.
