Introduction

Hd77 provides an online gambling platform and related services (the “Site”). These Terms govern your use of the Site and the services offered, including betting, gaming and withdrawals. By opening an account and using the Site you acknowledge and agree to these Terms as well as any applicable policies referenced herein. Hd77 may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account, including activity by third parties using your login details.

Only one Personal Account per user is permitted. Hd77 may detect multiple accounts by means of IP address, device, email or telephone number and may block or close additional accounts at its discretion. If you wish to open a new account for a legitimate reason, you must contact Hd77’s support to discuss the matter; Hd77 will determine the outcome in its sole discretion.

Your Account and Security

Your account is opened in the currency chosen during registration. You may not transfer funds between accounts or obtain credit; Hd77 reserves the right to suspend, close or restrict accounts where risk or non-compliance is suspected. You must keep passwords confidential, change them regularly, and ensure they contain a mix of letters, numbers and special characters while meeting minimum length requirements. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Hd77 immediately. Hd77 may suspend or terminate the affected account and audit activity as needed. Hd77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use unless caused by Hd77’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Hd77 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and gambling regulations. As part of KYC, Hd77 may request documents to verify identity and place of residence, confirm the legality of payment methods, and assess source of funds. Requests will specify the documents and a reasonable timeframe (typically 3 days) for submission. Hd77 may suspend or restrict activities until verification is complete. Hd77 may also request additional information at any time to maintain regulatory compliance.

Funds may be deposited using the methods listed on the Site. Deposits and withdrawals are conducted in the account currency. If a payment method operates in multiple currencies, Hd77 will apply the appropriate conversion rate at the time of processing. Deposits and withdrawals may incur fees in accordance with Hd77’s prevailing fee schedule. If a deposit is not rolled over (risked) three times, a processing fee of 3% may be charged, and any withdrawal may also incur applicable fees. You are responsible for any bank or intermediary charges charged by your payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be withheld or delayed for compliance checks. Hd77 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, withdrawable balance requirements and processing timelines in accordance with its internal policies and regulatory obligations. Hd77 will process withdrawals promptly once all conditions are met and necessary documentation is provided.

Hd77 determines game rules and bet settlement procedures. All bets are subject to the stated rules of the respective game and to these Terms. In the event of an error in odds, miscalculation, or other technical issues affecting bet settlement, Hd77 reserves the right to correct such errors and to adjust or cancel affected bets where appropriate. If a bet is placed or a promotion is misused in a manner that Hd77 reasonably regards as fraudulent or abusive, Hd77 may void such bets or withhold or reclaim winnings and bonuses. Hd77 may also cancel or suspend promotions at its discretion in cases of abuse or non-compliance.

Promotions and bonuses are offered subject to specific terms published on the Site. Promotions may be revoked or modified at Hd77’s discretion. Wagering requirements, expiration periods, and eligible games are described in the promotion terms; regardless, Hd77 may adjust promotion eligibility or cancel bonuses if activity is deemed atypical or in breach of these Terms.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Hd77’s Privacy Policy. Hd77 may transfer your information to jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area where data protection standards may differ. Hd77 will communicate with you via your Registered Email Address and will send notices of changes to these Terms and material information at that address. You are responsible for maintaining an active and accurate email account and for informing Hd77 of any changes to your contact details. Hd77 will not disclose your identity to wagering participants except as required by law or for regulatory, law enforcement, or payment provider obligations.

All content on the Site, including software, branding, game content and graphics, is owned by Hd77 or its licensors. Hd77 grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from Hd77 content except as explicitly permitted by these Terms. Any unauthorised use may lead to termination of the license and legal action.

You must not use the Site for illegal activities, cheating, collusion, or to manipulate markets or game outcomes. Hd77 supports responsible gaming. You may set personal limits on deposits or losses or request self-exclusion. Such requests may require a cooling-off period and must be submitted from your registered email address. Hd77 will confirm changes and restrictions in writing and may implement them in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Hd77 aims to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with regulatory obligations.

Hd77 provides the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hd77 does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free software, or that the Site will meet you requirements. Hd77 excludes all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Hd77's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site is limited to the value of all funds held in your Hd77 account at the time the claim arises, except to the extent prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Hd77’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or willful misconduct.

Hd77 shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including governmental actions, network or platform outages, war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, Hd77 may suspend or modify the provision of services as required and without liability for such suspension or modification.

Hd77 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor or affiliate without notice. You may not assign your rights under these Terms to any third party without Hd77’s prior written consent. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds or other remedies as Hd77 deems appropriate. Upon termination, you must withdraw all withdrawable funds in your account in accordance with Hd77’s procedures. Hd77 may preserve or delete data in accordance with legal requirements and its privacy policies.

Hd77 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after the changes takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you object to changes, stop using the Site and follow the termination provisions below.

Any complaints should be directed to the Hd77 support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or applicable dispute resolution forum in accordance with the governing regulations. Hd77 will cooperate with regulatory investigations and provide information as required.

Hd77 may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or limit or close your account at any time for reasons including violation of these Terms, regulatory investigations, or risk management considerations. In such events, Hd77 will settle mature contractual obligations and return any remaining funds in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party services. Hd77 does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or services; access is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Hd77 has no control over such sites and assumes no liability for their content or practices.

These Terms shall be construed and governed by the laws applicable to Hd77’s operations and the relevant gaming regulations. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate competent courts with proper jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution provisions in applicable law.
