Self Exclusion

Hd77 Self-Exclusion

Hd77 provides a voluntary self-exclusion facility to pause or stop gambling across all Hd77 products. This policy applies to the Hd77 platform and remains in effect for the period you select.

Eligibility and scope

Self-exclusion is available to all Hd77 customers aged 18 or older. By selecting an exclusion period you agree to comply for the full duration. During the exclusion you will not be able to login or access Hd77 products, and you may not reactivate the account before the expiry date.

Exclusion options

  • Time-out (short break)

    A Time-out provides a temporary pause from all Hd77 gambling activity. You may choose a Time-out period in your Account Profile. While active, you will be unable to login, place bets, deposit funds or withdraw funds. Time-out can be revoked only after 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, the account is automatically reactivated and you may resume use of the Hd77 services.

  • Self-exclusion (extended break)

    You may elect to self-exclude for a longer fixed period. To place self-exclusion for an extended period, you may initiate this via your profile or by contacting Hd77 Support. If initiated by email, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies during which the account is disabled and no gambling activity is possible. After the cooling-off, the available exclusion periods will be presented and you must confirm the chosen period by reply. The periods are fixed and cannot be varied. Upon expiry, the account will automatically be reactivated.

Setting and managing your exclusion

To place Time-out or Self-exclusion, navigate to Profile Details and select the desired option. If you request self-exclusion by email, provide your Hd77 username and the requested exclusion period. If you do not confirm within the cooling-off window, the request may be treated as withdrawn and the account reactivated.

Effects during exclusion

  • Access limitations: The account cannot be accessed; login and use of Hd77 products are blocked during the exclusion period.
  • Financial restrictions: Deposits, withdrawals and wagering activities are disabled during the exclusion.
  • Promotions: You will not receive promotional materials during the exclusion period.
  • Account integrity: Attempts to evade the exclusion by creating new accounts or altering registration details may be detected and acted upon by Hd77.

Expiry, reactivation and ongoing protections

At expiry, the exclusion ends and the account will automatically be reactivated. You may then log in and resume activity. If you wish to extend or modify an exclusion after it has begun, you must submit a new exclusion request in accordance with Hd77 policy. There is no guarantee that an extension will be granted.

Revoking an exclusion

You may request revocation of an exclusion in writing or by electronic notice. Hd77 will consider the request; however, final approval rests with Hd77 and may be refused in its sole discretion. Any revocation request should be sent through the official Hd77 contact channels used to initiate the exclusion.
